Insurance
Most insurance companies cover the cost of the sessions up to a certain amount of money.
I invite you to get in touch with your insurance provider or your HR department if you are not sure of the coverage.

Payment

Payment will be made, at time of service, by either cash, interac email transfer or cheque.  Receipts are provided and may be eligible for submission on your income tax.

Cancellations

If you find it necessary to cancel an appointment, please contact your counsellor at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours advance notice will be charged the full price for the session.  The provider may also terminate counselling in the event the client has missed 2 appointments without calling to cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
