Rates, Policies & Forms
Rates are 80$ per 50 minute individual session, and 110$ per 80 minute couple session.
Fees and payment will be collected at the time of service. All fees include GST where applicable.
Please consult with your human resources department or your insurance company to determine whether your employee extended benefit plan covers therapy provided by Registered Therapeutic Counsellors (RTC) registered with the Association of Cooperative Therapeutic Counsellors of Canada (ACCT).
Payment will be made, at time of service, by either cash, interac email transfer or cheque. Receipts are provided and may be eligible for submission on your income tax.
If you find it necessary to cancel an appointment, please contact your counsellor at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours advance notice will be charged the full price for the session. The provider may also terminate counselling in the event the client has missed 2 appointments without calling to cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
